Common fixes
Widgets or the Live Activity show a lock
Widgets, Live Activities and the wallpaper are part of FocusX Plus. If you already bought Plus, open Settings in FocusX and tap the Plus banner, then Restore Purchases.
The wallpaper doesn’t update
The wallpaper updates through a Shortcuts automation. Follow the wallpaper setup guide to add the “When FocusX is closed” and “Every day at 00:05” automations. Wallpaper setup →
iCloud sync isn’t working
Make sure you’re signed in to iCloud and iCloud is allowed for FocusX. Turning sync on or off takes effect the next time you open the app.
I changed phones
Install FocusX on the new iPhone with the same Apple Account. Plus is restored automatically; with iCloud sync on, your goals and tasks follow within a few seconds.
